“They have great quality deli meats and cheeses. Some really unique stuff in there. They do offer samples of their deli selections, but you really can't go wrong with any of it. The prices are very reasonable. They also offer jams, seasonings, cheese curds, chips, breads. Just a wide selection of some great stuff. Also, top notch service! So if you're looking for some sandwich meat/cheeses this is the place to go! The sandwiches are all absolutely delicious!”

“Looking for fresh made to order salads and sandwiches this is the place. Also if craving a Chicago Style Hot dog they have them also. After your meal go up to the counter and order fresh sliced meats and cheeses to take home. Whether one to twenty they have you covered. Place is always clean, staff is friendly.”

“I tried the Lake Wales Cheese Shoppe and Deli for the first time today. I ordered the LW chicken and dumpling soup. I got takeout; it was hot, flavorful, full of tender quality chicken, celery and carrots . It was the best dumplings I have ever had! So light and fluffy. The second item I had was a pressed ham and cheese panini made with sourdough bread, smoked gouda, cooper cheese, honey mustard, mayo, pickles, onions, tomatoes, pressed. OMG addicting. I will be back especially since Saturday is a doable day for me. Two thumbs 👍👍”

“I have to say that this is in my top 3 sandwich shops ever! I lived in NYC years ago, and Reading PA and these sandwiches are every bit as good or better than the shops I frequented in those named places. Grace and other staff are super nice, cordial, and make some delicious sandwiches! PS: I forgot to mention the fantastic deli selections, beverages and assorted snacks. The best sandwich shop in Polk County!!!”

“An absolute gem! Driving an hour for Troyer Meats is 100% worth it. I’ve lived in Florida for over 20 years, and this is the first time I’ve experienced true "southern hospitality." The atmosphere and staff are a perfect 10/10. We drove an hour just for their cold cuts because Boar’s Head doesn’t even compare! They also make incredible sandwiches—the Rachel and the Cuban were both phenomenal. The owners are incredibly sweet and even offered us ice to keep our cold cuts fresh for the long ride home. Exceptional service and top-tier products. We will absolutely be back!”
